Mercy is a 3 year old all white female. Mercy and her sister waited at a local shelter but the owners could afford to bail only one of the girls so poor Mercy was left behind. She is affectionate once she feels comfortable but is still recovering from the shock of losing her family.

The sad news is that today it is more costly to reclaim a lost dog than it is to adopt one from a shelter.
