Frequently Asked Questions

We first ask that you fill out an application. You can find the application under the adopt tab in the navigation bar. 

In order for the system to allow your application to be submitted all fields must be completed.

Our adoption process is approximately two weeks from the time you submit your application to the time you take a dog home so please submit only when you are ready to adopt. We do require an application to schedule a visit. 

Normally,an agency purchases the chips in bundles or bulk and the only information that comes up on the chip scanner (when scanned) is the serial number. IT IS THE OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITY to register the microchip on the appropriate chip's website with your contact information. This way, when the chip is scanned and a serial number is obtained, it can be checked in the database and your name and numbers can be located. This same information may be true for any microchip purchased at a veterinarian's office. PLEASE PASS ON THIS LIFE SAVING INFO!
